Welcome to my new blog
I have finally been able to work on the design of my website.
People will probably scream when looking at the code but why would I spend 10 hours pulling my hair troubleshooting some nasty CSS when I can just do the same job in an hour using HTML?! […]
Anyway, I am quite pleased with the result and at least it looks a bit more professional than the previous one.
In term of usuability I did a slight change on the Permalinks, cleaned up some CSS issues, added the Search box on the right column and a “Share on Facebook” button below each post. I learnt a bit more about the WordPress Excerpt and More tag which I will now use for long posts.
I still have few things to do like editing the “About Me” page and think about how to integrate the blog with my personal website but overall I think it will be good enough for the time being.
I hope you like the new design, please let me know if you see something that is not working. I have already noticed that the rollover buttons don’t work on Opera/Windows mobile… Doh! 🙁
Waow, comment t’as trop bien arrangé ton wordpress.
Whoa, nicely improved. Love the uneven color, subtle.
thanks Henk!
